To start the discussion, here are the points I'm most hesitant about:

- naming of the "Next steps" section. I'm not entirely convinced and 
hesitated between that and "Further reading". I finally chose "Next 
steps", because the next steps to take after reading a particular manual 
may not all be about reading. So "Next steps" makes it more general IMO.

- naming and placement of "ChangeLog". I feel that "ChangeLog" is too 
technical, but I kept it from the extension manual template. Maybe 
"What's new?" would be better. It is also debatable whether it should be 
at the end of the manual or rather at the beginning.

- naming of "Feedback". Here again I'm not entirely convinced, but I 
feel it's general enough to cover the various forms of contact and the 
possibility of involvement.
