[TYPO3-doc] New Getting Started tutorial, let's go!

Hi all,

As discussed, I have created the Google Docs document and have shared 
with those who had sent me their details (i.e. Martin, Susanne and 
Bill). If you want to join, send me your Google account name by private 
mail.

I have copied and pasted the table of contents from the wiki page into 
the Google Docs document to have a basic structure in place. Now we can 
fill in the blanks. Wherever appropriate let's just copy and paste 
content from the current manual, as there's no way we can really rewrite 
everything in such a short time span.

Don't bother doing screenshots now, but mention which are necessary.

This version should be used for the comments that were entered there. 
Comments on what is getting written now, should be made within the 
Google Docs document itself using the comment function (Insert > Comment).

I have added Philipp and Bill as members as they both expressed interest 
in participating.

I have also uploaded Kasper's original version to SVN and created a 
branch with it:
