[TYPO3-doc] Converting DocBook4 to DocBook5

Hi all,

A new question about DocBook: are there utilities for migrating v4 files 
to v5? Is it possible at all?

I'm asking because the current manuals rendering process on typo3.org 
produces v4 DocBook, albeit broken. The OpenOffice files are transformed 
into (broken) v4 DocBook, which is in turn transformed into HTML. Daniel 
and Fabien are currently looking into fixing this script so that it 
produces at least correct v4 DocBook.

Now we thought we could use this script to perform a first mass 
migration of all our existing documents to DocBook (rewriting everything 
is fat too daunting). The question is then: should be go ahead and 
produce v4 DocBook which we can then safely "upgrade" to v5 with 
existing tools or should we modify the existing script to produce v5 
DocBook straightaway?
