I'm probably the culprit for the change, since I've been the only one to 
work on this document recently ;-)

It was hard for me to know that there was a feature related to a certain 
level of heading. I think this is a very "fragile" way of doing this.

Anyway we have been discussing in the documentation list about finally 
having a true online TS reference, with a centralized TS reference that 
would be use for that, for the t3editor and for the TSref. We'll have a 
kick-off workshop during T3DD (hopefully, I haven't had news from Thomas 
recently). So my proposal is to rather wait for this new tool than to go 
back to a "hack" in the manuals. I hope that's ok with you.
