[TYPO3-doc] TSref 4.3 update, some consideration

I didn't find an acceptable solution. I thought I could try to add a 
column to each table and use it to reference the version in which each 
feature was introduced, but I got defeated by the complexity: the 
problem is that some properties change over time (like from "string" to 
"string/stdWrap"), so it's not possible to just write a version number. 
This means it becomes a little piece of text, which would make the 
column too wide and cramp all the rest.

So I decided not to change the layout of the file and not add that info 
there. To try and compensate for this, I took all the stuff from the 
pending docs page (for the TSRef, for now) and moved it to a separate 
page where I reworked it so that it would look a bit nice and be more 
usable. The result is here:

That's the best I could do in my limited time. And no one else came up 
with a brilliant idea ;-)
