[TYPO3-doc] TSref 4.3 update, some consideration

imho a simple solution would be, to provide the TSref for all versions 
online. 4.3, 4.2, 4.1 .. there could be a note on the outdated versions that 
4.3 is out.
But that would give the possibility to use the TSref for the version you 
have to work with.
