You told me you are working on these documents and if I wanted
to help:
  * typo3_tut_timesavers
  * subversion and diff

To me they did not look like the kind of documents I was talking
about. Hmmm, as a matter of fact, I don't even understand if
these are documents or what? :-(

Yes, maybe. :-(
I looked at the wiki, the links you provided and at typo3.org
and after doing that I still dont know what is happening with
the documentation. :-(
I definitly see that there is work in progress, no doubt! But I
can't figure out what it is other than improving all documents
that is not finished...  :-(

And if I don't get it, I assume that lot of other people don't
understand either... And to me that is "no clear goals and small
efforts here and there", sorry.

BUT, as I said before: This work absolutely needs to be done! I
just say that we need something more.

No. I don't think you understand me? I don't want to start
improving some documents. I want us to improve the structure and
organise both the documentation and the work done by the docTeam.

To be able to do that, that person has to have access to the
typo3.org doc pages, all documents in TER and the wiki. AND
he/she has to have "approval" from the Typo3 Association.
Otherwise my ideas can not work and we should continue in the
way you are doing.

I think we should stop the discussion here. We are starting to
"talk in circles" or what you call it in english... :-) :-)
