[TYPO3-doc] extension manual - whats current recommendation?

Hello Franz,

you have two possibilities:
a) it will work perfectly if you use the HowTo what you find in 1.2.3

b) it MAYBE works if you "clean"/ "clear" the styles of the headers in
your document and re-assign them. So you should be able to remove the
header-numbering, but maybe that's not enough. You have to wait the 12
hours to know if this way is enough to solve the problem

=> a is the faster way!
