hm... imho the advantage of the wiki is the possibility to edit content, 
  without registering - will it be possible on that sites too?

I would not like another closed documentation project. At now it is not 
easy to extend the most docs.

i am little bit in panic, if i will be open and easy (maybe frontend 
editing
without registering, or comments without register) it could be the way.

At this time, i am very happy with the wiki - if we could export it as 
PDF everything would be fine...?

please do not make it complicated - and we would need an url redirect
(some days ago i learnded from w3c "cool URIs does not change")
