[TYPO3-doc] Please add 'ser' as allowed extension to the upload filter

Hello Michiel,

all right, I did it. Now ser is in the white-list.

You now can upload locallang.xml - files and merge.ser files.
http://wiki.typo3.org/index.php/Translations#Wiki_upload

I also added the main-team page to
http://wiki.typo3.org/index.php/Teams
