[TYPO3-doc] [Wiki] easy links to external webpage

Hello Michiel,

do you have a good idea how we can optimize that links? The reason why I
made it "complicated" is that
* it must be very easy and fast to check if external links in the wiki
are broken
* I want to have a list of external lists in the whole wiki
* easy linking to one of that links also from other wiki-pages
* it must be very easy to add links
* good "identifiers" for the links so that no slashes and no spaces are
inside

In the moment I have this solution for

1. define a link
