[TYPO3-doc] Headers in Wiki pages

Hi Daniel,

I just noticed that you added new headers on a release notes page, but using
<h1> instead of <h3> like I used to do above:
http://wiki.typo3.org/index.php/TYPO3_4.0.6

Unless there is a good reason, I would like you to change that back on all
those pages. The main reason is that it looks bad, and is semantically
incorrect as there should only be one <h1> for each website.
