[TYPO3-doc] New Category ReleaseNotes

Hi,

now we have an own cat for ReleaseNotes. I created it because that type
of documents do not fit into the cat "HowTo" or "Reference". I'm shure
we'll have more documents of that kind in the future.

It's like wikipedia - you just add this to a new page:
[[Category:ReleaseNotes]]


Just have a look at the current state of the document-matrix:
http://wiki.typo3.org/index.php/Document_Matrix

The more we use the categorization-feature of our wiki the less work we
have with hand-made-navigation.
