[TYPO3-doc] Do you miss a HAT

One of the best ideas I ever heard ....



Altough I would miss it to have a static copy of the documentation on my
server ... so pherhaps it should be made possible to install "your own"
version of such a t3-doc-quickstart package on your own machine and
import/export a documentation-tree from the t3 server to your local
machine ....
