[Typo3-doc] I want help to generate *.sxw-files to *.pdf

Is it the standard way to put the PDF file into your EXT? Probalbly. When I read
the tutorial about documentation long ago, it was not mentioned to provide PDF
oneself.

People proposed to upload it without. PDF would be generated by  TER "somehow".

Would be usefull to bring in some clearness into the docs about docs making, if
not done already.
