[Typo3-doc] Wiki nails Kaspers Surname

The wiki can't write Kasper Skårhøj anymore. It becomes  Kasper Sk?rh?j on
saving the forms. (Firefox 1.5 on debian)

It did work once. Who is responsible for wiki configuration?
