[Typo3-doc] Freeze a Wiki page

Hi all,

does anybody know how Sylvain was able to freeze this site?
http://wiki.typo3.org/index.php/TYPO3_3.7.0_Upgrade

As you can see, it cannot be edited anymore. I would like to do the same for
this semi-official document. Probably I will make some changes to it later,
but for the moment it should just be protected from further editing:
http://wiki.typo3.org/index.php/TYPO3_3.8.1
