[Typo3-doc] wiki pages are full with spam!

This is one of the reasons why I refused to work with a wiki when it comes
to professional documentation ;-)
Anyway - I removed the spam from more than 20 pages. (IP 213.128.125.2)

The search function helps (even though it doesn't recognize the <div>-tags)
So if you find something you should try searching for the link texts you
found.
Maybe there are more of them using the same content.
