[Typo3-doc] multiple languages on wiki

Hello wiki users,

on the main page http://wiki.typo3.org/index.php/Main_Page there is a 
language selector box. I guess you have to put 2 letters with a : , e.g. 
'It:' in front of the name of the page.
But it would be good if this selector box would appear on every page 
where another language is available.

So I put the code

to another page an change the URL destination.

So I propose to put this into the  Document header to make all pages 
look the same.
