[Typo3-doc] DocTEAM TODO list

Hi,

Has disussed in Kitz, it would be nice to have a uptodate TODO list for 
the documentation project. So people wanting to offer theur support 
could pick a job in the list.

I think the best place for that is the Bugtracker system.

Someone want to start collecting it ?
