[Typo3-doc] beautified PHP source in docs - how?

Hi,

The documentation is first written in OpenOffice writer.

The php syntax is highlighted with «extdeveval» a TYPO3 extension with 
many function.

The code is pasted from TYPO3 into the OOo sxw file.

Then the office displayer on TYPO3.org do the HTML conversion.
