OK, I have made some (hopefully) final changes, changed the example because
I still think it was a very unusual example, and changed some version
numbers so that it will match with 3.7.0.

The current page title is "TYPO3 3.7.0rc2 Upgrade". I don't know how to
change the version in the name of this page. Can you do that for me,
please?

I will add these contents as RELEASE_NOTES.txt but it should be availble on
the Internet, too.
Do you agree if we refer to the Wiki page or do you think it should be on
typo3.org?
