[Typo3-doc] IMPORTANT: new DocTEAM leader discussion / vote

Hi,

Regarding his new job, Patrick Gaumond, is to busy to assume the role of 
the DocTEAM leader anymore. He is giving up its place.

He has proposed my name to Kasper to endorse that role. I would be happy 
to take this position, but I need your agreement.

I would not be frustrated if you request a vote or anything else. But if 
nobody object against me, I will take this role and all the obligation 
which impose.

Giving us a full week, I propose the 7 November 2004 as the deadline 
about this decision. Then we have to decide who will become our new 
DocTEAM leader.
