[Typo3-documentation] New wiki structure

I can't really say if we need the DocTeam server or not. With Wiki it 
doesn't seem so. I guess the DocTeam server members have the decide 
that. But since Patrick himself chooses Wiki before the DocTeam server 
I'm OK with that.
