[Typo3-documentation] You'll have to set the wiki up first!

Klick on a link withing wiki or even tying to access wiki.typo3.org I 
get the messaga 'You'll have to set the wiki up first! quite often. Most 
of the time I can reload the page and it will be fine.

Yet it gets annoying when you try to work with wiki.

Anyone have an idea what that can be?

I work with Mac OS X Panther 10.3.4 and Safari (but same thing hapens 
witz Mozilla too).
