I think the "glossary guys" should decide. But how are they 
making the glossay today?

Couldn´t the Glossary page still be on the wiki and be used 
to suggest new words/explanations and suggest better 
explanations of old words?

And then the "glossary guys" now and then updates the 
official glossary with info from the wiki pages. Some sort 
of "customer relation" thing...
