[Typo3-documentation] Modern Template?

Since a lot of documentation are best based on some HTML Template and 
according to many post, the current template used e.g. Modern Template 
Building etc. is not very much appreciated in terms of design I was 
wondering if we should create a new design that we could use for all 
documentations that are in need of one.

Is there some design out there that would be helpful?

Would we have to create it ourselfs?

Any ideas?
