Hello Johannes,

would you please add a point 'Template programming' under 'For advanced 
users'?

And also 'example webpages' under 'the basics' where everyone can post 
his code and a link to his webpages, so that the beginner can see on 
ready websites how they work with Typo3.

This is really the solution I also would prefer. This is because at 
small sites, every user will be as well an administrator as a developer. 
If one person works with all things, he does not know where to look into 
and where to write additions to the wiki.
