[Typo3-doc] Tools for documentation ?

Hi,

Do we need more documentations tools ?

Parser, bug tracker, task system, etc.

Should the documentation group also handle documentation tools 
development if needed ?

For example, modifying typo3.org plugins related to information search 
or presentation ?

- extension documentation / feedback, etc.
- documentation matrix
- search engine inside mailing list archive or TYPO3 document
etc.
