So this item is closed, and the decision has been taken to have small 
rules to drive the documentation group effort. And some open behavior to 
permit contributor from any background, to share their experience.

There will be a Main editor concept, supervisor, in order to keep the 
wiki well organized and up to date.

I'm currently merging all page about, virtual meeting, rules and voting 
system.
