[Typo3-doc] new Main_Page proposition

Hi,

Peter, could be right about the short time. But for the moment the Home 
page is a total chaos for me. So future discussion will be directly on 
the modified Main_Page.

I'm working on the Main_Page proposition, adding a subpage for other 
language support in the wiki with a prefix.

ex. de:Main_Page, fr:Main_Page. etc.

Someone has written here an information about a German wiki.

Yesterday, I've also wrote an invitation for French speaker in 
TYPO3-France ML.

On August 17th, I will install the new Main_Page and subpages at their 
current state.
