[Typo3-doc] Wiki Logo, new candidate there

Hi guys,

the most votes were made for option two, that's why I have put it online 
at http://wiki.typo3.org.

However, Rob De Vries just made another layout, you'll see it on 
http://typo3.sunsite.dk/.wikilogo/logo.html (refresh!).

If you prefer that one (No. 4), than I'm ready to put that online 
instead of the current (No 2.).

Don't forget to fill the wiki with contents,
