[TYPO3-dam] Keep title whie reindexing replaced files

Hi there,

i currently have a project on Typo3 4.5.32 and DAM 1.3.2 where i cannot
upload and replace files without overwriting the title in the DAM
record.
I already added
tx_dam.indexing.replaceFile.keepMetaFields = title, caption, description
to the TS of the Media-Folder and to the User-TS of the Editor-
User-Group. I also added this to the file EXT:dam/tsconfig/default.txt
which is loaded by ext_localconf.php.
Nothing as any effect on the result: the title gets overwritten using
both old and flash uploader.

Which has to be done to keep the title intact?
