[TYPO3-dam] TYPO3 - 4.5.22 - dam - Error - 2: The uploaded file did not exist!

Hello List,


i get this error when i upload image file with DAM.

2: The uploaded file did not exist!

This error occurs in both. Flash Up-loader & normal with any file size. 
3KB file or 2MB file ...
In Firefox 16.01 flash up-loader don't work. No reaction when click the 
upload icon.

Server has 30MB upload & 30MB post PHP 5.2.17 on apache/ 2.2.22

I think this error occurs since update to TYPO3 Version 4.5.22

Installed dam extensions:

Dam v1.3.1
Dam News v0.1.12
Dam for Content v1.3.0
Dam Indexing v1.3.0
Dam Categories v1.3.0

any ideas?
