[TYPO3-dam] How to "connect" TYPO3/dam with Adobe Indesign?

hi everybody,

did anybody ever try to run TYPO3 and EXT:dam as a image managment 
solution and "connected" TYPO3/dam with desktop applications like adobe 
indesign?

i guess you have to add something like a indesign-plugin to indesign 
which connects somehow to your TYPO3 installation.

can anybody share some experience? would be great.
