[TYPO3-dam] Fwd: Problem after Server-Upgrade Debian5 -->Debian6

Hallo,

I'm using typo3 4.6.3 with DAM 1.2.4.
6 weeks ago I upgraded my Debian5 up to Debian6 cause of 
Security-Updates etc.

Before this upgrade my system was working fine, also with php5.3.

But now, after the upgrade, it's not possible to upload file greater 
100kB upto the server via the DAM-Backend-Tools.

Wether with flah-Upload nor with list-Upload. There is coming the 
error-MEssage:

*Internal Server Error*

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was 
unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@*****.de 
<mailto:webmaster@*****.de> and inform them of the time the error 
occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use 
an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I found no solution in the net for my Problem. Could you help me?
