[TYPO3-dam] disable delete

Look for "actions.shared". I think this way you can hide the delete 
buttons. Since I never needed it, I don't know if it works and I don't 
have time to dig into the code ATM.

If it works, I'm not sure if it's handled consistently throughout DAM.
