[TYPO3-dam] Auto-Assignment of a category does not work

Hi everybody,

im using the DAM-Extensions in Version 1.2.3 on T3 4.5.6. I've created a Folder called "Foo"
and a DAM-Category "Bar" (Cat.-ID: 1). Files which are uploaded  into the Folder "Foo" should
be automatically be part of DAM-Category "Bar".

So - I've created a ".indexing.setup.xml" file with the help of the "Indexing-Tool"
within "Media". The File was successfully created[1] - but uploaded Files into
the mentioned directory don't get the DAM-Category assigned :(

Am I missing something here?
