[TYPO3-dam] Title field gets overridden with filename when replacing a file

Just wondering what the status is as we are running into exactly the 
same (unwanted) behaviour. Our customer is maintaining a big repository 
of hundreds of frequently updating files and this title-thing is getting 
a bit annoying..
