[TYPO3-dam] DAM 1.1.8 release

The DAM Development Team is proud to announce the availability of DAM 
1.1.8, dam_catedit 1.1.3, dam_index 1.1.1, and dam_ttcontent 1.1.1. 
These versions are immediately available on TER, and upgrade is strongly 
encouraged.

This is a bugfix release that wraps up 1.1 branch, and prepares us for 
1.2 release tomorrow, January 26th. For a complete list of changes in 
each extensions, please refer to the Changelog.

Thanks to the entire DAM team, as well as all the users and developers 
who filed issues and bugs, as well as provided patches. Special thanks 
for this release goes out to Lorenz Ulrich for his tremendous work!
