[TYPO3-dam] DAM 1.0 and htmlArea RTE Integration

Hi,

htmlArea RTE has a configuration variable that enables integration with 
DAM 1.0.

This was moved to DAM in version 1.1.0.

If there is no objection, I will remove this variable from htmlArea RTE 
in TYPO3 4.6.
