[TYPO3-dam] DAM 1.2.4 release

DAM release train consisting of DAM 1.2.4, dam_catedit 1.2.1, dam_index 
1.2.1, and dam_ttcontent 1.2.1 has been released, and is available from 
the TER. This is a bugfix release, improving the functionality and 
fixing bugs.

Big thanks to everyone who contributed to this release. Special thanks 
for bringing it all together go out to Björn Pedersen and Lorenz Ulrich!
