[TYPO3-dam] no thumbnails if picture is not a very small icon

it seems to be a wrong bit in the realurl_conf.php
maybe BOM or a whitespace

creating a realurl autoconfiguration file
copying the content from the old configuration file inside the php tags
renaming the file
helps in this case
