[TYPO3-dam] Set user upload permissions different from access permissions

Hello all,

I'd like to set the permissions in a special way but I'm not sure how to 
proceed.

The goal is that a BE-User of a certain group only can upload in the 
group folder but can access other group folders to link the files 
without any restrictions.

Has someone an idea?
