[TYPO3-dam] thumbnails and pictures in dam

hey together,
first of all: thanks for dam! ;-)

now to my question: i'm trying to have a galery built with "image" or 
"text/w.image" and a ligthbox function (perfectlightbox but i tried others 
too). i would like to see the self-generated thumbnails (e.g. t_0001.jpg) in 
the main contend and the large image (e.g. 0001.jpg) in the lightbox.

what i found out until now is, that i could use the field 
tx_dam.instructions to leave a href to another picture. is this correct? but 
i can't find out how to use it in the right way or how to implement the link 
into my ts to open up the large image (0001.jpg) instead of the thumb (t_).

my try-out-way is:

    typolink.parameter.data = field:tx_dam.instructions

and the url to the picture in the database:

    fileadmin/pic/gallery/0001.jpg -- i tried out also full url: 
www.domain.de/ and "href (www.domain.de/fileadmin...)" as i found it in the 
manual of the ext:mooflow

i also tried out several galleries but couldn't find one that let me choose 
my own thumbs and i tried the way to manualy put in the image content a list 
of links (in german: verweis) - last one works but do not use the 
functionally of lightbox

please, is anybody out there who share his knowledge and help me?
