[TYPO3-dam] dam_frontend : show category tree till level 2

Hello folks!

I did it (I mean, I and my boss did it...).

The dam_frontend extension now supports that more than one level is 
openened since the beginning.

I'll send this improvement with an other to the main developper and hope 
it gets commited (it would be very sad if not).
