[TYPO3-dam] dam_pages to the DAM team?

reasoning: usage of dam is only meaninful in conjunction with those 
extensions (at lease dam_ttcontent). IMHO all extensions that ARE needed 
in order to replace the classic fileadmin with DAM should go into the 
EXT dam (and their functions should being "activatable" via ext-config).
