[TYPO3-dam] Rewrite of dam_ttcontent

tt_content.uploads for some reason is not supported by dam_ttcontent.
Next Version definitly should fix this or the extension should be
refactored to 'dam_ttimage'. ;)

the loaded registers with the dam metadata are VERY useful.
