[TYPO3-dam] How to check if a cerrtain file is indexed?

Hi all,

I have certain files in folder.
But how so I know if they are indexed or not?

Shure I could run indexing manually or via cron.
But this is not goood for editors.


I editors upload file in upload from dam, are they indexed automatically?
And *how* do I know if a file is indexed?
