[TYPO3-dam] external thumbnails for PDF files

Thanks for the hint Georg!

Although this version of IM is not supported by DAM (as Steffen Gebert 
pointed out) it's a very interesting approach indeed. I'll try to find 
either newer version that is linked statically or build it myself. I'll 
post the results here if I'll succeed. Thanks again!
